According to Wikipedia, Diigo is "a social bookmarking
website which allows signed-up users to bookmark and tag web-pages.
Additionally, it allows users to highlight any part of a webpage and attach sticky notes to specific highlights or to a whole page.
These annotations can be kept private, shared with a group within Diigo or a special link forwarded to someone else.
To get started, you should first get an account at http://www.diigo.com/sign-up.
After you submit the registration form online, confirmation email will be sent to your email account.
Click the link in the email to activate your account.
Then, you can install diigo toolbar at http://www.diigo.com/tools.
You should also see the following directions on that page:
1. Click the "Install Diigo Toolbar" button below.
2. Click "Edit Options" at the top-right of your screen and your browser will open a panel. Click "Allow", and close this panel. (important!)
3. Click the "Install Diigo Toolbar" button below again, and then click "Install".
4. Restart your browser and you should be able to see the tool bar on your browser.
